FCAC makes changes to its Commissioner's Decision publishing practices

Previously, FCAC published condensed summaries of the Commissioner's Reasons for Decision on its Web site. As of September 2008, the Agency publishes these decisions in their original form, with minimal revisions as required. You will find these decisions posted on our Web site in the same area as before, namely in the section called For the Industry, under the heading called Commissioner’s Decisions.

The decisions posted previously will be archived, and still available for your viewing with the same sorting tool as before. You will find a link leading to these archived decisions clearly indicated on the right hand corner of the Web page. Eventually, these decisions will be integrated into our newest sorting tool, which will display the decisions by the date they were posted instead of the quarter they were posted in.
